Job Overview

Safety Managers manage and direct all employee safety policies. To this end, they maintain a strong understanding of laws and current standards in construction safety, developing and implementing appropriate policies and procedures. Safety Managers also educate employees on these policies, and ensure they are in compliance with all relevant regulations, including from OSHA and other government agencies. They strive to minimize accidents and injuries through rigorous inspections, trainings, and performance monitoring.
