Our client, a commercial real estate investment and management firm with headquarters and 5 regional offices in the U.S. has a small yet growing Denver presence, managing one of downtown Denver’s Class A commercial buildings. Their property administrator of 4 years had resigned, and they were referred to J. Kent Staffing to find a replacement for this key role supporting the property management team and building tenants.

Meet J. Kent Candidate and Property Administrator – Brooke

Brooke and her husband moved to Colorado in 2023 from California. Like many other nature enthusiasts, they were drawn to Denver’s less-busy lifestyle with close proximity to the mountains and an abundance of outdoor activities.

Following college, Brooke worked for two years as a Property Administrative Assistant. She loved the industry but was unable to find a similar role in Denver so took a job as Office Coordinator for a natural gas company. After a couple of years, she felt unchallenged and stagnant. Her long-term career interests were still in commercial property management, so she started exploring other opportunities and, through that, connected via LinkedIn with J. Kent Staffing.

Needless to say, Brooke was an immediate stand-out candidate for our client seeking to replace their departing Property Administrator. Now in the role for six months, Brooke’s passion for the industry along with her initiative and desire to learn have made for a great match!

Fun facts about Brooke:  Before moving to Colorado, she had lived in the same house her entire life! And when she’s not exploring the great outdoors, she loves to spend time reading and crocheting.
