Following a successful temp-to-hire period, Paige was hired by our client in early 2026 as a Program Assistant, supporting financial literacy and education programming for a local nonprofit. Paige brings a unique blend of hands-on youth experience and program management savvy to this role. Her journey began in Wyoming, then Utah, and now Colorado—following her partner’s career while consistently driving forward her own passion for empowering students.
In her previous roles, Paige served as a Teaching Assistant in a Department of Defense STEM program for 5th graders where she led experiments, taught robotics, instructed on lab safety, and delivered presentations to large groups of students. From there, she moved into the role of Assistant Manager of Education, quickly advancing to School Programming Manager over the course of two years, coordinating field trips and after-school programming for up to 200 students at a time. Her strong communication skills, warmth with children, and leadership instincts made her a natural fit.
When she connected with J. Kent Staffing, Paige was seeking a role in the education or nonprofit sector that would allow her to lead with purpose, join a positive work culture, and enjoy flexibility while being fully valued by her employer. She prioritized a work environment that is both supportive and fun. We collaborated closely with her every step of the way—honoring her background, preferences, and the unique strengths she brings.
Paige is a singer and performer at heart, loves reading, and spending quality time with her husband and their two fur-babies, Gabby and Munch.
