Ida came to J. Kent with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and 17 years of non-profit experience to include a broad knowledge and understanding of 501(c)3 day-to-day operations. Ida’s background and experience in the non-profit world was extensive, to include working in the following functional areas: fundraising, grant writing, Parrish administration, volunteer management, development coordination, and program coordination.

Non-Profit CEO Engages J. Kent for Direct Hire Search

J. Kent’s client, a Denver based non-profit with a healthcare mission, had been searching for a new Administrative Assistant to fill the Denver job.  After several months of searching on their own they still were not able to identify the right talent and culture fit for their organization.  Eventually they made the decision to reach out to J. Kent Staffing, and engaged our services for a Direct Hire search to find the elusive candidate.  The executive staff of the 501(c)3 knew exactly what they were seeking, and it was not difficult to identify the right candidates after listening to their detailed and specific requirements.
