With a Juris Doctor degree from University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, Shelley worked as an Associate Attorney for a litigation and mediation law firm for 2 years before realizing that her true desire was to find a career outside of the traditional law firm path that would combine both her knowledge of the legal world and her love for writing (Shelley also has a BA in Technical Journalism and wrote regular online legal blogs in her last position).
With an extensive background in contracts and agreements from her legal experience, Shelley was the perfect fit for our Employer, a large Denver area hospital who was seeking a Contract Administrator to write, edit and track physician and service contracts in their Ethics and Compliance Department. Shelley just started this new, rewarding Temp-to-Hire position, and enjoys the added benefit of having more spare time to continue her passion for volunteering.
