Kent Staffing for help after a failed attempt to hire through Craig’s List.  With an industrial based organization and extensive plant operations in Denver and Pueblo, this Employer needed someone comfortable working in a casual/industrial office environment, with strong bookkeeping, administrative and human resource management skills to be able to effectively manage 4 other staff.

After a 2 week interview process, they hired J. Kent Candidate, Charlotte, and knew right away that they had found not only the right culture fit for their organization, but also a highly educated, experienced manager with a Master’s degree from the University of Denver and 18 years of office management, accounting and human resources experience.
