Now with over five years of experience in Colorado’s oil and gas industry, Nancy’s journey into this field was an untraditional one. That makes us even more proud of her achievements!
Nancy grew up in the Denver area and married and started her family while in her teens. They eventually moved from Denver to Bennett to have property for their horses and to be able to raise their kids outside of the city.
Nancy started working for McDonald’s off and on at the age of 15 and eventually worked her way up to Guest Services Manager – a role she held from 2002 to 2019. During this time, she completed her GED which set the wheels in motion to transition to a different career.
In 2019, Nancy was able to break into Denver’s robust oil and gas industry and put her exemplary customer service skills to use as an Owner Relations/Division Order Analyst Assistant. She truly loved this position which allowed her the opportunity to continue to grow as a professional, but the company closed its Denver office in the Spring of 2024.
J. Kent Staffing and Nancy connected through LinkedIn shortly thereafter, and she ended up being just the right match for our client, a Colorado-headquartered exploration and production company.
