After receiving our monthly J. Kent Report for Employers for many years, the Human Resources Director of a Denver based, data analysis and management company called J. Kent Staffing for the 1st time with a challenging requisition.
After 2 years of ‘doing it all on his own’ because no one ever met up to his expectations, our employer/client, the company’s VP of Sales & Marketing was finally ready to hire an Assistant to help support his department. The VP of this technologically oriented company was looking for someone highly computer savvy with impeccable writing and editing skills, but – most importantly – for someone who could work well with a very Type A boss who is driven and motivated, with extremely high standards of performance.
Ania was one of six J. Kent Candidates who met with our new Employer, and it was evident from the 1st interview that the right match was made. With a BS in Business Administration from University of Denver and 10 years’ of progressive Executive Assistant experience, Ania’s expertise in administrative support coupled with her creative flair for marketing and social media was a great fit for the temp-to-hire position of Sales & Marketing Coordinator.
