Hannah was born and raised in New Jersey, where she grew up just ten minutes from the beach. After graduating with her master’s degree in 2019 from Monmouth University, she decided to trade in the beach for the Colorado mountains! One of six kids (all girls!), Hannah loves spending time with her family and one of her sisters who is soon making Hannah a proud Aunt also lives in the Denver area.
With both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Anthropology, Hannah’s areas of study included applied anthropology, cultural studies, and gender studies. She also minored in Spanish and spent a semester abroad in Cadiz, Spain. Simply stated, she is interested in people, cultures, and loves working with and helping others. Therefore, a career in human resources seemed a natural course for her.
Since moving to Denver in 2019, Hannah was the General Manager of a day-spa where she gained experience in human resources including recruiting, payroll, and managing a staff of 25 employees. Due to the nature of the retail services industry (lots of evenings and weekends), she decided to seek another opportunity where she could have a better work/life balance and continue to develop her HR career.
On November 1, 2021, Hannah started her new temp-to-hire position as the Human Resources Coordinator for our client, a national nonprofit with an active regional office in Denver with close to 150 employees. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, Hannah will focus on recruiting and payroll, but will also assist with numerous other HR tasks and initiatives.
Most importantly, our client company’s mission of assisting Coloradoans through a variety of programs surrounding education, health, and financial stability is right in line with Hannah’s interests and passions.
