Brand new to town, Rachael searched Google for Denver placement agencies and quickly connected with J. Kent Staffing. After registering on our web site, she called to follow up and scheduled an appointment for the next morning to meet with a J. Kent Recruiter. Great timing is everything and she had it!
An interview was secured for the following day with J. Kent’s client, an international nonprofit trade association in Downtown Denver. The HR Manager was impressed and didn’t want to waste any time; she scheduled Rachael to return later the same day to meet with the CEO. Needless to say, Rachael received a great job offer and headed back to Dallas to pack up the rest of her belongings!
In her new role, Rachael provides high level administrative support to the Director of Trade Programs. Rachael’s qualifications included a BS in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management, with minors in Business Administration and Marketing, and three years of post-college professional experience. Her previous position in Dallas was as an Office Services Coordinator for a global design and architecture firm. Rachael was eager and ready to grow her career to an executive support role which she was able to accomplish here in the Mile High City!
