J. Kent Staffing Hires 3 Program Assistants for Educational Nonprofit
Allison, Winnie & Emma
Program Assistant
J. Kent Staffing is proud to assist many of Denver’s nonprofit organizations with their staffing and recruiting needs. One of our long-time clients is a 501(c)(3) whose mission is to teach children financial literacy through real-life experiences and hands-on programs.
With the school year commencing, our client realized they were short-staffed on Program Assistants to run their elementary and middle school programs. They outreached to J. Kent Staffing to hire several long-term temps who had a gift and passion for working with children in a learning environment.
Our recruiters quickly identified three highly qualified, energetic, personable candidates who were excited to commit to this three-month assignment that could potentially lead to permanent employment.
Meet J. Kent’s team of Program Assistants (pictured from left to right):
Allison: A well-educated, well-traveled candidate who loves to learn. With her Doctorate of Education and her experience teaching English to students in Turkey, Allison’s background aligns perfectly with the goals and mission of our client.
Winnie: A 2019 graduate of Bethany College with a BA in Communications. Winnie joined up with J. Kent Staffing shortly after moving to Denver to help get her career going. She has a friendly, caring personality with a strong ambition and drive to succeed in every task she takes on.
Emma: This Sweden national moved to the U.S. to attend California State University, where she received her bachelor’s degree while playing for the university’s golf team. Emma was a great fit for the role, having previously worked for five years with students through a study abroad program. Her warm personality is perfect for interacting with children!
