Becki came to see J. Kent Staffing in 2007 when she and her husband moved from Cheyenne, WY to Denver. With 15 years’ experience in Human Resources, strong mid-west values, and a down-to-earth (yet professional) personality, Becki was the perfect match for our client, a century old, family-owned and operated Denver area construction company. The company prides itself on its cohesive corporate culture and boasts a very low turnover rate with its corporate staff due to the tremendous time and attention they take in their pre-screening and interview process.
After being thoroughly vetted, Becki started with our client as a Benefits Administrator in October, 2007 and has been promoted twice since that time. In August, 2012 she became the company’s HR Generalist, and in July, 2014 she was promoted to her current role of HR Manager, a role that reports directly to the CFO.
During Becki’s 12-year tenure, the company has grown from 300 employees to over 500 employees, and as the head of HR, she has been instrumental in supporting the successful planned growth of one of Denver’s iconic employers.
