In every General Election since 2014, J. Kent Staffing has been a trusted resource for the City and County of Denver’s Elections Division. In anticipation of the record voter turnout for the 2020 Presidential Election, they called upon J. Kent to hire 40 Election Registration Judges. Our staff received 8 hours of training and then were ready to be deployed to any of the city’s 38 voting centers that needed the help on November 2nd and 3rd.
Even in the midst of COVID, our J. Kent Recruiters found that our Colorado residents were eager and willing to put on their face mask and step up to the plate to help our great democracy with its election process!
Getting a group photo is challenging to do with social distancing requirements, but our on-site J. Kent Staffing Manager was able to capture a photo of 2 of our Registration Judges outside of Denver’s election headquarters at one of the ballot drop off boxes.
After a 30-year career in administration, Leslie decided to shake things up and purchased 3 restaurants in 2015! In addition to being a restauranteur, she worked part-time in retail, and also helped one of J. Kent’s market research clients conducting intercept surveys at DIA for 4 months earlier this year before COVID brought that project to a halt. Leslie is a proud J. Kent Election Registration Judge alum of the 2016, 2018, and 2020 General Elections and we are looking forward to her return again in 2022!
