Last Minute Temporary Job Turns Into Full-Time Position for J. Kent Candidate


Temporary Property Management Assistant

With temporary staffing, last-minute hiring is often the nature of the business. On a Friday afternoon in late January, a new client of J. Kent Staffing contacted us requesting to immediately interview candidates to start ASAP for a Property Management Assistant maternity leave role. They had interviewed someone from another temp service, but were not 100% sold on them, and they wanted to give it one more try with J. Kent Staffing.

Due to the quick action of our J. Kent Recruiter, everything fell into place. Having just interviewed Fiana a few weeks earlier, she had immediately come to mind for our Recruiter. An interview was coordinated with our client for the next day, Saturday, as our client needed to make a decision quickly. With 11 years of real estate experience working in property management and administrative roles, Fiana was exactly what our client was looking for, and she started on the assignment early the next week.

Four months later, Fiana was offered a full-time position with our client, with the opportunity to transition into a different role as an Accounting Specialist. Fiana is excited to continue to expand her skill set in the real estate and property management industry.
