When you or a family member are in the military, when duty calls you answer. Rebecca’s husband of one year is in the Army and was newly stationed to Fort Carson in Colorado Springs. So, this summer they packed up their belongings and two cats and relocated from Pennsylvania to Colorado.
After quickly getting settled, Rebecca set out to find a challenging administrative role in a fast-paced environment where her strong time management and organizational skills would be utilized.

The first REIT to specialize in medical office buildings, the company is now affiliated with market-leading healthcare systems and has a 42 million square feet portfolio in 35 states. In Colorado, the REIT has five offices – four in the Denver metro area, and one in Colorado Springs.
For several years, we have hired temporary administrative staff for several of their Denver area offices. This time, our client requested help finding a permanent employee for their Colorado Springs office. The Administrative Assistant would provide support to a Vice President, Senior Director of Real Estate, Regional Manager, and to the Colorado Springs office.
The organization’s original plan was to start someone in a temp-to-hire capacity. However, after interviewing Rebecca, they made the strategic decision to switch to a direct hire offer. Rebecca had been actively interviewing and they wanted their offer to be as appealing as possible. Well, that strategy worked, and Rebecca started her new job in mid-July 2023.
In their free time, Rebecca and her husband enjoy going to concerts, kayaking, working out, and exploring and getting to know Colorado.
