Nadia first connected with J. Kent Staffing when she was still living in California. She has two sisters and many cousins who had previously moved here and had convinced her to do the same!

Nadia was smart to try to get a jump start on her Denver job search before moving here but, as is typical and particularly so during a worldwide pandemic, it took 2-3 months to get that right job offer. Nadia worked hard on her job search, but also maintained some balance (and her sanity!) through her many hobbies. She’s a voracious reader (she loves all types of novels, but sci-fi/fantasy is her favorite) and has spent many days enjoying hiking throughout Colorado’s foothills.

For Nadia, her patience and perseverance paid off and was well worth the wait!

J. Kent’s Recruiter identified from their initial video interview that Nadia was very hard-working, an excellent communicator, technically savvy, and highly customer service oriented. The first potential job prospect ended up hiring on their own through an internal referral, and the second employer felt she was a bit overqualified for their position. It was the third potential job opportunity through J. Kent Staffing that ended up being the RIGHT one!

In early October, Nadia started her temp-to-hire position as Project Manager/Service Coordinator with our client, a local Denver company in business since 1975 who provides security access solutions to commercial facilities. In California, Nadia spent the previous 4 years working as an Operations Supervisor/Assistant Project Manager for an HVAC contractor who serviced commercial and industrial buildings. This type of project-based work experience and industry sector aligned perfectly with our client’s opening.
