Since October 2025, Tony has been working for J. Kent Staffing as a Project Manager in the process improvement department of our international logistics client.
Tony brings over 15 years of experience in strategic program leadership, project management, and organizational change across the healthcare, nonprofit, and public health sectors. His professional journey has been anything but linear—in the best way possible—and includes work in kidney disease patient advocacy, bioterrorism preparedness, injury prevention, and even building and running his own sports card business from the ground up.
His background includes leading enterprise-wide systems implementations, spearheading continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing operations using Lean and Agile methodologies, and managing cross-functional teams through complex transformation work. Tony is known for his ability to build meaningful partnerships, translate organizational needs into actionable solutions, and deliver scalable outcomes that support long-term success.
Outside of work, Tony is just as dynamic. He moved to Colorado 12 years ago and considers it one of the best decisions he’s made. Today, Tony’s world is full (and joyfully chaotic) thanks to twins, two dogs, and an incredible partner who maintains the sanity!
When time allows, he can be found on a trail hiking, biking, or bouldering—and he still has hopes of squeezing in one more Ironman or ultramarathon to prove to the kids that Dad really was athletic once upon a time.
