What a unique position; the need was for an HR Generalist who could double as an Administrative Project Coordinator. Kim was just the right candidate to fit the bill. Over her short career she had gained great HR experience and had the right mindset to be an Executive Assistant when called upon.
Kim was placed with our client, a private holding company, in May, 2010. She loved the fact that this dynamic position would not only allow her to continue her HR career, but also gain hands-on business experience outside of HR. On any given day Kim could be recruiting an Executive in the morning, and strategizing with the CEO regarding the company’s community involvement and outreach in the afternoon. This multi-faceted position was just the opportunity Kim was looking for.
