Trilingual Administrative Assistant Starts Part-Time Job at Real Estate Agency

Finding a professional part-time position – outside of hospitality or retail – can be a challenging task. After several months’ seeking a position that would work with her daughter’s school schedule, Camila finally found just what she was looking for through J. Kent Staffing’s Temporary Division which also handles part-time positions.

On August 1st, Camila started her job as an Administrative Assistant supporting a busy residential real estate agent based in Lakewood, Colorado. She jumped right in on Day 1 helping the agent and her other staff move to a new office location and has been going non-stop ever since! Camila feels fortunate to be able to drop off and pick up her daughter from elementary school and have a satisfying and stimulating job in the middle.

Meet J. Kent Employee – Camila

Camila is from El Salvador and moved to Colorado in 2019 with her husband and daughter due to her husband’s job transfer. In El Salvador, she worked for 10 years for a large company that managed call centers. Throughout her tenure there, she grew from a Customer Service Rep, to an Analyst, to a Trilingual Operations Team Lead, to her final position as an HR Training and Development Manager. In this last role, she coordinated all aspects of internal training courses for company managers and supervisors.

She also attended college while working and, in 2017, Camila graduated from National University of El Salvador with a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages. Spanish is her native language, and she is fluent in both English and French.

Camila’s project management and advanced MS Office skills (she tested 97% in Word, Excel, and Outlook!) are getting put to good use coordinating and managing her new boss’s busy real estate calendar and schedule.
