In December 2021, we featured two of our COVID-19 testing center staff working in Fort Collins. Utilizing J. Kent Staffing’s payrolling services, Mako Medical – a national health care diagnostic laboratory offering accurate COVID-19 testing and quick results – has added over 20 contingent staff to their Colorado testing centers over the past 9 months.
The only difference is that your company – not J. Kent Staffing – recruits and identifies the candidate and then refers them to us to complete the vetting process (background checks, testing, onboarding), make the hire, and become the Employer of Record. The hourly bill rate to your company is less for Payrolling than with Temporary Staffing because you – not us – did the work to find the new hire. J. Kent Staffing is accountable for all employer responsibilities including weekly payroll, tax withholding/submission, and year-end W-2’s.
Jackqulyn has been a standout J. Kent Employee in Mako Medical’s Frisco Testing Center since she started in September 2021.
With a background in the military (thank you for your service!) and as a Deputy Coroner for Summit County, Jackqulyn had a great leadership and medical skill set that led to her quick promotion to Assistant Site Lead. Jackqulyn is now tasked with making sure the site is running smoothly, other employees have the support they need, and being the point of contact for any site issues.
Outside of work, Jackqulyn enjoys snowboarding, split boarding and hiking with her fiancé and dog. She also enjoys supporting her friends’ coffee shop in Silverthorne where we’re sure the coffee and views are equally as spectacular!
